WCREC strives to empower women by addressing the systemic barriers that affect their quality of life. WCREC offers free in-house counselling, information, and educational services. Working from an integrative feminist, anti-racist, anti-oppression framework, WCREC offers alternative non-medical mental health services, thereby encouraging women to see their issues, problems, and situations as socially and economically interconnected
